When you apply as a brand new cleaning professional, we start you off as entry level worker, and we give you the (paid) training that you need to learn the ropes and provide the highest level of service possible. Once you’ve proven your abilities, you can quickly advance through the ranks. We have 7 different levels within our management structure for our cleaning technicians, from entry level to Master Trainer, and we encourage all of our employees to move up the ranks. You can go at your own pace, of course, but we will do everything we can to help you succeed and achieve the level of professionalism that you desire as a cleaning tech.
And when you’re ready to take your career beyond the technician levels, we provide management development programs. These programs will prepare you to be a manager and a leader. And with this training comes the opportunity to advance to the ranks of management itself. Many of our entry level cleaning professionals are now office managers and even leaders.
