Maybe you’re preparing for a party, or you need to clean before your parents visit. Whatever your reason is, Fresh Tech Maid has you covered! We know that no client or cleaning is the same as the previous or next one. Because of this, we tailor a one time cleaning to fit your exact needs.

For most one time cleanings, there’s usual a specific goal to be completed. When you call Fresh Tech Maid, we’ll ask you about what’s most important for your particular needs and strategize a plan to meet your expectations in the most efficient manner possible. We have a proven system for how we move throughout your space in order to accomplish these goals. We believe that communication is key, we actually encourage you to over communicate with us. Having a complete understand of your priorities will make for the best cleaning possible. For a one time cleaning, we actually recommend that you do a little bit of preparation on your end prior to our arrival. This could include things like a quick tidy up, de-cluttering and making sure that no other home projects will be occurring simultaneously with our service.

Since we don’t do on site quotes, the quote that you receive from us, either over the phone, or through our online booking system is generated using the average cost for the size of your space. Now, we know that each home is different and has a different level of cleanliness. This is why we check in with our technicians throughout the cleaning to see if the time estimated is accurate or not. If out technician tells us that they actually won’t need the entire time from the original estimate, then we prorate the cost to you! Should the technician believe that they might need extra time, then we communicate with you to see how you would like to move forward. If you don’t want to add any extra time to your cleaning that’s fine, we will focus on priorities. Fresh Tech Maid will never charge you more than originally quoted without asking you first.
