We will arrive within the an hour of for your booking. In the event of a delay or cancellation, we’ll give you a call to let you know.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 48 hours before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (on the same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service. You will not be charged until the service is completed. Some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization.
