Our cleaning products are certified non-toxic by all three industry leading certifying organizations: SEGC 114, EPA’s Design for the Environment Program, and Green Seal. These cleaners are Hydrogen Peroxide based. They avoid synthetic cleaning agents and fragrance (which have nothing to do with cleaning effectiveness), known to disrupt reproductive processes and cause allergies and other disease.

Neutral pH Cleaner Cleans and degreases floors, walls, stainless steel, porcelain, metal, glass, carpets, natural stones, and nearly any surface not harmed by water. Powerful cleaning agents will quickly remove soils without dulling, damaging, etching or harming floor finishes even when used for daily applications.

Washroom Cleaner A concentrated washroom general purpose cleaner for removal of soap scum, suntan and body oils/lotions, mildew, lime, water scale and rust deposits. Product will not harm washroom surfaces.
Heavy Duty Cleaner Removes water-based and petroleum-based soils including oil, grease, lubricants and hydraulic fluid. Effective odor neutralizer against the toughest malodors in grease traps, drains and other places where unpleasant odors are found.

Meets SEGC-114 Product StandardsCurrent environmental and sustainable standards are based on a process that may take a long time to complete. For cleaning products not included in the current environmental standards, SEGC-114 Sustainable Cleaning Products Design Standard fills this vacuum. This industry-leading proprietary standard raises the bar by examining each product’s innovation and identifying packaging and product prerequisites, as well as outlining preferred product testing methods.

Formulated in Partnership with EPA Design for the Environment Formulator InitiativeThe U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Design for the Environment (DfE) program seeks to promote the use of institutional cleaners and maintenance products with improved environmental and human health characteristics. Products displaying the EPA DfE logo have been “Formulated in Partnership with EPA Design for the Environment Formulator Initiative’’.

after rigorous evaluation, product testing and an extensive manufacturing process audit and plant visits. Products earning the Green Seal certification meet Green Seal’s environmental standard for industrial and institutional cleaners based on their reduced human and aquatic toxicity and reduced smog production potential.
