How We Screen Our Cleaning Techs
We use the highest standard to screen, select, and train our technicians.
The Fit:
To our technicians, non-toxic cleaning is not just hard work, but also a rewarding vocation where they can make an amazing difference in the lives of their customers and themselves. We hire people who love to clean. Each one of our technicians is dependable, responsible, caring, responsive, and quality-driven. We achieve this through our thorough 5-step screening process that includes:
- Phone interview
- Application
- In-person interview, by team leaders, operation managers, and customer service managers
- Verify employment history. We must be able to talk to an applicant's supervisors in the last 5 years to assess an applicant. If not, we simply do not hire.
- Background checks (criminal, drug, and driving record)
Failure in any of the above disqualifies a candidate. Rest assured, you can be confident that our Fresh Tech Technicians are “fit” and ready to earn your trust and meet your expectations.
The Training:
Through a 2-week intensive training program, all Fresh Tech technicians must master the STAR House Cleaning System™. The curriculum is based upon three modes of learning:
- Classroom training
- Home study
- Real-world training
