We Are Growing - Seeking Another Full Time Customer Service Manager

 We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager, who will be an important part of the company’s management team.  We are looking for a professional who wants to grow professionally in a fast growing company.  Specifically, we have the following requirements:

  9. Must be flexible in conducting customer service, sales, and operation management tasks in an efficient office environment.

 The key tasks of the Customer Service Manager include, but not limited to:

  1. In-bound sales calls
  2. Scheduling
  3. In-bound customer service calls
  4. Out-bound sales calls
  5. Follow-up calls
  6. Administrative duties
  7. Employee hiring and management
  8. Perform in-home estimations / on site sales
  9. Cleaning supplies and tool management

Previous customer service experience in service industry is preferred.
